Good quality reports have the following characteristics:
material is set out systematically and concisely
data provided is up-to-date and its meaning is clearly explained
recommendations are well supported and realistic
all information presented is directly relevant to the topic of the report
language is appropriate to the target audience and the writing style is uncomplicated.
